Preparation:
To a secondary vessel, add A and start mixing. Add B, heat to 85°C, and then add C, in order. When ABC is homogeneous, add D and mix until well dissolved. Add E to the main vessel, dissolve F with continued mixing, then add G and stir until fully incorporated. Start heating to 80°C and add premix of H. With both phases at 80°C, slowly add the oil phase (ABCD) to the water phase (EFGH) with prop mixing. Start homogenizing and cooling. When the batch reaches 55°C, start sweep mixing and continue cooling. Add I and continue mixing until fully incorporated. When completely smooth, perform final quality assurance checks.
