Preparation:
1.) Add D.I. Water, glycerin and the TEA. Mix until uniform using low speed homogenizing agitation. 2.) Sprinkle in Phase B ingredient and mix until the batch is smooth. 3.) Add Phase C ingredients one at a time to the batch and mix well using slow speed homogenization. 4.) Ad Phase D ingredients one at a time and mix with low speed homogenizing agitation.Disclaimer
