Preparation:

In secondary vessel combine 1-4, start mixing, add 5 & 6, and heat this oil phase to 90°C. Add 7-11 in order. Meanwhile, to the main vessel add 12, start mixing, add 13 and heat to 87°C. When oil and water phases are uniform and at the defined temperatures, add the oil phase to the water phase with strong mixing without aeration. After ten minutes, start homogenizing and start cooling. In a separate vessel premix 14, 15 and 16 and when a clear solution blend in 17 as well. When the batch is below 55°C, stop homogenizing and resume sweep mixing. When the batch is at 50°C or less add the premix of 14-17 and then add 18 and mix until smooth. Add 19 and when the batch is again uniform add 20 and any water lost during processing. Continue stirring until smooth. Perform final quality assurance checks.
