Safic Alcan has launched a collection of formulations which use new actives and ingredients from key suppliers to highlight current trends, plus one focus product with special attention to innovative textures.
These will be showcased at upcoming cosmetics exhibitions Sepawa, SCS Formulate, Making Cosmetics and Cosmetagora.
The Fashionable Five collection consists of a dawn 'til dusk routine of formulations:
- Bright Eyes; an anti-ageing eye contour serum with immediate firming effect and fresh feel,
- Selfie Ready; a blurring facial primer that gives a perfect base to makeup, hiding imperfections with a velvety finish,
- Miss Scarlet; lightweight feel and punchy colour in an aqueous formulations with hyaluronic acid for plumping and moisture,
- #banthebead; an exfoliating shower gel using natural alternatives to microbeads for the same great feel with biodegradable products,
- Sleep Tight; an overnight beauty mask with four powerful actives to work through the night to brighten, hydrate and smooth skin.
These formulations fit into 2016's biggest beauty trends and further to this the Illuminating Panna Cotta Cream has an enjoyable and unique panna cotta texture, made with a careful combination of the latest ingredients and technology to delight and surprise customers, it has been nominated as a finalist for the UK's SCS Formulate 2016 Laura Marshall Award for Innovation.
